Display pre-encrypted webpage

Hi, I'm trying to do a project from many years: very light browser with some special feature.
And now I find wxWidget + wxWebConnect, that can made easy (well not too difficult at least) my work.

Actually I'm not an expert, and before try wx.. I would understand if I can pass an html pre-encrypted page (aes,des, sha,... or something else) to wxWebConnect and decrypt it before show its content.

Can "wxWebContentHandler" help me?
If you could suggest me the right way or something exemple, I realy appreciate that.
