Toolbar not (fully) repainted

Hi,

first of all, thanks for this great piece of work.

I noticed a small bug (not sure it comes from AUI). Seen it in 2.7.1 and in snapshot from november 6th.

Platform is MSW, compiler mingw (gcc 3.4.5).

1. Run auidemo.
2. Show all panes. -> There will be a toolbar on top, with big icons, and some horizontal toolbars with small icons.
3. Take a toolbar with small icons and drag it on the right of the big one. Its height will be adjusted, but small icons are still shown. So far, it's OK
4. Take another window on your desktop and hide the toolbar with the window
5. Then remove the window, so that the toolbar is exposed again -> small icons will be redisplayed, but the area below (the added portion because it is nearby the big toolbar) will not be redrawn.
