Incorrect pane resizing

when present, for sample top center and bottom panes, while whole window size decreasing - center pane is disappear and then one of last panes draws over another

central pane overlaped and part of top too

so - resize manipulation with central pane is wrong
but if dock no contain central pane it is looking good as right panes
