wxWbConnect & wamp

Hi,
Recently I downloaded this wonderfull lib and I managed to build a minimal application with just one wxWebControl in order to display a dynamic web page that has been stored in my PC (localhost). For reasons not worth to mention, in my home PC there is no web connection and I've installed in my computer the WampServer http://www.wampserver.com/en/
Every time I try to open the "http://localhost/mypage" a dialog box is opening:
"This document cannot be displayed while offline. To go online uncheck Work Offline from the File menu"
What I have to do in order to resolve this issue?
