How to display tooltips?

It seems that there is a bug with displaying tooltips.
E.g. I have a tag <a ... title="Sample Tooltip"> and when user moves button above that element, tooltip is not displayed however I can see that BrowserChrome::OnShowTooltip() is called when needed. Can anybody let me know how to enable tooltips in wxWebConnect? I tried to call m_wnd->SetToolTip() manually but it does not help.
