Offline mode

Hi there!

Is there a way to prohibit creating any connections by the WebConnect, i.e. I want it to be able to open only local files and not to create connection, even if this files I'm opening have remote content. Is there a way to do that? Something like wxHtmlWindow has, where you can override such requests.
