Setting pane's height.

First, thanks for this. Seems like alot of work was put into this package
Second, sorry if i'm using wrong terminology in this post.

I have a simple window, split into 2 (horizontally)

They split right in the middle.
Is it possible to have a pane (ie, the one on bottom) have a different height than the one on top when the window is started?
