Relationship manager gone

Is there a hotkey for closing or moving the relationship manager to the main monitor? We have strata in citrix and a user is using xendesktop in citrix. He tries to open strata's relationship maanager and nothing happens. I've seen this before and it appears that it is opening it but in another monitor. With xendesktop you cannot see more than 1 monitor at a time. in citrix outside of xendesktop we cann see the 2nd monitor. How can i get the relationship manager back to the main screen without seeing it?

If you have Windows 7, pressing Windows + Shift + Left/Right might help too
