wxMIniFrame on GTK

Have you got wxMIniFrame working on GTK as a based class for wxFloatingPane? It looks far better than a wxFrame window, but for reasons I don't entirely understand, it doesn't redock if you simply change the #if to use it.

Herewith a 0.9.2 feature request!
