Insufficient space
We have multiple users working in a project in strata and 3 users are getting an error msg when trying to sort a file "Insufficient disk space". If she tries to sort a file, it won't do it for her but it will for me. The location where the project exists in, has plenty of space. She can create a new project on another drive and she won't get that same error msg. What could it be?

Re: Insufficient space
A few ideas/questions:
* Is there a disk quota set on that volume?
* Does the user have write rights to that directory?
* Does the drive where the temporary files folder is (specified by the "TEMP" environment variable) have enough space?
All the best,
Ben

Re: Insufficient space
We figured out what the issues was. The user(s) were opening the project, going out directly to the server and then the shared folders (ie pipes \\server\sharedfolder). When we mapped a drive for them and then they used that mapped drive to open the project, then all the issues went away. Is this a known bug with Strata? Are there any updates to strata coming out soon and does it address this issue?
