I've been looking for this for a while, currently to no avail.

When a floating toolbar is dragged to the edge of the frame, it changes into a docked toolbar. Could someone point me in the right direction for this?

i assumed that it was somewhere in the OnLeftUp routine, but I seem to be wrong
