Column Headers for HTML table data
An HTML table I imported did not successfully assign the first row as Column headers, the row is imported as the first row of data. Is there a way I can set this as the column headers without manually doing this in design view?

Re: Column Headers for HTML table data
Hi there,
The problem is that the HTML table does not use use the THEAD tags, but instead chooses to use the first data row as the column header row. While this is technically the fault of the web designer, we have found that this practice is quite common and are working on a way to get around this problem.
Thanks for the question,
Ben

Re: Column Headers for HTML table data
As Ben said, this is something we're trying to work on as we find it annoying too. Just in case it is needed, the workaround is as follows:
1. Toggle the Design view and double click the field headers to edit the names.
2. Toggle back to the Table view and right click on the first row and select "Delete Record(s)" to get rid of the header row stuck in your data.
