I think this is a really great project, and it is going to have a tremendous impact on the wxWidgets library and community - as long as the effort continues.

I hope you guys (i.e., the wxAUI developers) will continue with this and not give up. This kind of thing is *REALLY* needed. wxDockit is nice, but I think this will be better, and this seems to have more activity.

We have no intention to give up. After all, we have products which must use this library, so one way or another, the library will get done. :-)

I do think this GUI is better than wxFL and wxIFM. I really don't like the way wxIFM does it - it's really weird and it just doesn't fit in well with Windows (visually; not sure about Linux on that).
