Drag and drop

Drag and drop a csv file works OK (opens new table in new tab) if drop target is existing tab with URL. Doesn't seem to work if target is empty (blank) tab or existing table. (Windows XP)

We're trying to understand what you're trying to do and what isn't working for you. Would you be able to provide us with a little more information? Thanks!

* Open a blank tab
* From the Windows Explorer, drag a file on top of the tab. You are not allowed to drop it
* Load something into the blank tab
* Repeat the drag operation: now the drop is allowed and loads that file into the tab

As randomwalk reported, Windows XP here too.
