wxWebConnect - Start

Hello all,
I would like to write small Internet browser. In my book(quite old one) I found info that I can use wxMozilla, but I looked into net and found it is discontinued and instead of it wxWebConnect is made.

And now, is there some info how to start with it? I can't find any tutorials 'bout it. Also documentation is poor a bit. How to start?
