new package for wxWebConnect DLL unicode building

The official wxWebConnect-1.1 can't build with DLL unicode built wxWidgets.
I modified something and write MPC projects file to build it, it works.
Now, I share the package.
With default VC2008sp1 projects and runtime libraries.

If you need other platforms and compilers support, I recommend to use the MPC to generate projects.
All packages can be found in README_New.txt.
