Control+Tab Behavior

Hi. I'm trying to change the control+tab navigation behavior and I swore the function that was doing it was

void wxAuiTabCtrl::OnChar(wxKeyEvent& event);

But, I found it doesn't even get called when I press Control + Tab. So, which function is actually moving to the next tab if not this one?
